Is the Maverick fully autonomous?

Yes. The Maverick operates autonomously in the field: it navigates, identifies weeds and removes them without a driver.

How it weeds

How does the Maverick remove weeds without chemicals?

The Maverick detects each plant with AI vision and removes weeds mechanically at roughly 2 mm precision, leaving the crop untouched. It uses no herbicides at all, 0 litres.

How effective is the Maverick?

The Maverick removes more than 500.000 weeds per 24 hours with AI precision, working autonomously day and night.

Crops & suitability

Which crops does the Maverick work in?

The Maverick is calibrated per crop and row spacing. It is used in crops such as onions, carrots, red beet, chicory and parsnips with more crops added as the programme grows.
