Logistics & Supply chain employee

You always have an overview and know exactly what's going on in purchasing and logistics. With a practical and pragmatic approach, you ensure that our processes not only run smoothly but are also continuously improved and taken to the next level. While your colleagues focus on the development and production of our robots, you are a vital link in the logistics process!

You...

You're responsible for coordinating purchasing processes and managing logistics flows. You excel at selecting suppliers and negotiating prices and contract terms, while simultaneously maintaining strong relationships with them. Naturally, you have foresight and ensure that orders are ready on time, so we never have to wait for parts and materials—even if this means challenging transport and efficient delivery.

You'll work independently, but maintain close contact with your colleagues in production and customer service. You'll create manuals and documentation for purchasing processes as needed and contribute to the development of our future ERP system. Throughout your work, you'll ensure accurate purchase orders, product quality checks, and reporting. You'll also proactively work on improvements to operational and logistics processes.

Because Odd.Bot is a rapidly growing scale-up and our Operations department is still developing, we expect you to initially provide operational support where needed. This could include coordinating technical issues in the field or maintaining contact with the dealer channel. This gives you the opportunity to play a broad role within Operations and actively contribute to the further professionalization of our organization.
