You...
are responsible for coordinating procurement processes and managing logistics flows. You excel at selecting suppliers and negotiating prices and contract terms while maintaining strong relationships with them. Naturally, you are forward-thinking and ensure that orders are prepared on time. We never have to wait for parts and materials – even when this presents challenges in organising transport and ensuring efficient delivery. You handle this independently but stay closely connected with your production and customer service colleagues. Where necessary, you provide manuals and documentation for procurement processes and keep the ERP system (Exact) up to date in procurement and logistics. Throughout your work, you ensure accurate purchase orders, quality control of products, invoice verification, and reporting. Additionally, you proactively contribute to improving operational and logistics processes.
We...
have been working for years on autonomous weeding robots. The main goal is to make our robot remove weeds faster, more effectively, and as robust as possible at Odd.Bot. We realise that outdoor environments are challenging for precise mechatronic machinery, but challenges like these drive us forward. We want to make organic weeding the standard for all fields. Life at Odd.Bot is also about working hard and playing hard. We always try to balance work and life. Our team is super proud of our achievements, which we like to celebrate as often as possible. As a group, we value time management, pragmatic/problem-solving, flexibility, proper risk management, collaboration, planning, organisation, and teamwork.
