You thrive on structure, know exactly what’s happening across procurement and logistics, and easily switch between strategy and execution. With a hands-on and pragmatic mindset, you ensure our supply chain runs smoothly and continuously improves and evolves. While your colleagues focus on developing and producing our autonomous robots, you are the vital link managing our end-to-end flow of goods and materials.

You...

You are responsible for coordinating our supply chain processes—from procurement and stock to delivery. You're great at selecting suppliers and negotiating pricing and contract terms while maintaining strong and professional relationships. With your proactive approach, you ensure orders are placed on time, supplies are in stock, and deliveries are streamlined—even when organising transport and logistics presents a challenge.
You work independently but maintain close coordination with colleagues in production, customer service, and R&D. You ensure clear documentation of processes, keep the ERP system (Exact) up to date, and provide solid reporting. Whether placing purchase orders, performing quality checks, verifying invoices, or improving workflows—you’ve got it covered.

We...

have been working for years on autonomous weeding robots. Our goal: to remove weeds faster, more effectively, and more robustly—using technology that works even in the most challenging field conditions. At Odd.Bot organic weeding should become the new standard for all farmlands.
At Odd.Bot, it’s not just about working hard—it’s also about having fun. We strive for a healthy work-life balance and take great pride in our achievements, which we celebrate as often as possible. Our culture values time management, pragmatic thinking, problem-solving, ownership, planning, and collaboration.
